Our model is unique as it is based on its own methodology from the business aspect and compliances fully with existing software engineering practices in the technical aspect.

Our methodology is called the Business System Development Methodology, BSDM.

The basis for this methodology is the system philosophy approach as a whole for the business or organization, a quality development approach from the beginning and throughout the life cycle of the business.  As a result, STI's approach enhances the organization’s information flow, communication, quality of products and services, and overall effectiveness.  It provides a teamwork approach to its operation, which leads to better communications inside the organization and produces more satisfied customers.

Our Application development methodology is pretty straightforward and simple, cutting out the need for too much documentation and stressing on the best of breed processes which helps in a successful on-time and above expected delivery. Stringent quality procedures clubbed with practical approach to solutions and experienced delivery skills help clients get maximum return on their IT spending. We incorporate Planning, tracking, reporting and collaborating activities during project development lifecycle to maintain our timelines.

We also provide an open door for flexibility & changes in requirements depending on the scale of the project by adapting the AGILE

Our development methodology is not like other models where it is difficult to react to changes in requirements and iterations are also expensive. Even if requirements are not well understood or are likely to change radically in the course of the project our usage of the AGILE methodology enables us to adhere to the clients changing requirements, giving them freedom and advantage over other rigid methodologies.

We produce completely developed and tested features (but a very small subset of the whole) every few weeks or months (depends on the length of the project). The emphasis is on obtaining the smallest workable piece of functionality to deliver business value early, and continually improving it/adding further functionality throughout the life of the project
