Pass in house (Personnel Acquisition & Systems Software) is a comprehensive integrated Business Application Solution for managing Recruiting Processes, designed to manage the Candidates applying to a company, posting of Job Orders, acceptance of resumes and scrutiny, Calling & closing the candidates for submission, interview and making hiring decisions. Candidate’s skills, expertise, and all personal information is retained and managed by this entire recruitment system. Tracking performance of recruiting team is also managed by the system.
It consists of Report Generation Module: Daily, Weekly, Monthly as well as quarterly performance evaluation reports for Recruitment Staff as well as Client based performance reports are available in the system, while others are generated as per the user's requirements. Some of the reports are console applications.
This application also has a subset that manages performance of an employee through the numbers generated in terms of working hours and efforts put into the accuracy level are there by attained. The Project Coordination Tool maintains a track of what the employees do and the time they take to accomplish their work.
